Hi, I'm Amber from Pulse and Cocktails and today I'm going to show you how to do the Cock and Ball Rope Restraint.

Step 1. Take the rope under the balls and create a simple overhand knot.

Step 2. Bring the rope around underneath the balls again, tucking in the tail from the knot.

Step 3. Begin a figure 8 weave over the individual balls.
