Manual Breast Pump Hand Expression

So today guys I'm going to be using my manual breast pump to get breast milk out of my breasts.

Simple as that.

And the first thing I tell everyone to do is make sure your hands are clean, you just wash them.

Always clean your shield and everything before using it every time because sometimes mold gets in there somehow if you don't clean it right.

So always make sure it's clean, your hands are clean, keep bacteria out of the breast milk.
